Association Officers (2007-08)

"If you are interested in our tentative Peacock reunion in Pavo, Ga for 2010 or 2011, please let me know. At this reunion, we are encouraging everyone to attend and especially the descendants of Robert Peacock who was one of the leading settlers in that part of south Georgia in the 1840’s when it was a little more than a wilderness.”
"It’s been exciting being a part of the PFAS. I’ve learned many great things about my heritage while being editor and contributing editor. I hope you find something special through the work of the PFAS!”
Our Association honored Virginia Whitehead by naming her Honorary Vice President for her 15 years of leadership and work which contributed greatly in making PFAS the great family organization it is today.
"Why not become a member and learn just how large your Peacock family really is.”
Special thanks to Mary Lou who was in charge of the 2007 Peacock Family Reunion in Flordia which had the highest attendance of any of our reunion since 1983.
“It’s easy to join. Just send me your $15 membership fee and I will do the rest!”
"We hope to discover more about our history and bring more peacocks together this upcoming year.”
"My business is digging up your forebears -- whether they want to be dug up or not!"
“Learning of the vast history of the Peacock family, makes me wonder why I never learned about them in history classes in school?”
"We invite you to become involved in the leadership of The Peacock Family Association!"
